#23-74 Consolidation of shares in Real Fastigheter AB
At the annual general meeting of Real Fastigheter AB (“the Company”) on May 10, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby five hundred (500) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:500). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be August 28, 2023.
The last day of trading before the consolidation is August 24, 2023. The first day of trading after the consolidation is August 25, 2023. Please note that the share will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of August 25, 2023.
Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on August 24, 2023.
