#23-75 Information regarding distribution of shares and warrants in NOSIUM AB to shareholders in Dividend Sweden AB

The extra general meeting on August 21, 2023 in Dividend Sweden AB ("Dividend") decided on the distribution of shares and warrants in NOSIUM AB ("NOSIUM") to shareholders in Dividend.

The distribution means that the shareholders are entitled to receive one (1) share in NOSIUM for every twenty-three (23) shares in Dividend that they hold on the record date and one (1) warrant TO1 and one (1) warrant TO2 in NOSIUM for every one hundred and fifteen (115) shares in Dividend that they hold on the record date.
 

The board of Dividend has now decided that the record date for the distribution will be August 29, 2023. This means that the last day for trading, including the right to a distribution of shares and warrants in NOSIUM, is August 25, 2023. On August 28, 2023, the shares in Dividend will be traded without the right to a distribution of shares and warrants in NOSIUM.
