#23-76 Consolidation of shares in Nodebis Applications AB

Stockholm August 31, 2023

At the extraordinary general meeting of Nodebis Applications AB (“the Company”) on August 24, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby ten (10) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:10). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the extraordinary general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be September 5, 2023.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is September 1, 2023. The first day of trading after the consolidation is September 4, 2023. Please note that the share will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of September 4, 2023, as a result of the consolidation.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on September 1, 2023.
