#23-87 Unit issue in Northern CapSek Ventures AB
With the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting on April 20, 2023, the board of Northern CapSek Ventures AB (the “Company”) has decided on a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is October 19, 2023. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is October 20, 2023. The record date is October 23, 2023.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) unit right for each (1) share held per the record date. Three (3) unit rights are required to subscribe to two (2) new units. One (1) unit consists of one (1) share and 1 (one) warrant of series TO4. The subscription price is 0,45 SEK per unit, corresponding to 0,45 SEK per share.
Subscription of units will take place from and including October 25, 2023, to and including November 8, 2023. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including October 25, 2023, to and including November 03, 2023.
Trading in paid subscription units will take place on NGM from and including October 25, 2023, until the unit issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor, orders in the Company’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on October 19, 2023.
