Swemet AB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, disclosed a press release on February 29, 2024, with information that the company is involved in bankruptcy proceedings.

According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if there is material uncertainty about the company’s financial situation.

With reference to situation the above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
