GRANGEX AB (the “Company”) announced on November 1, 2024, that the Company applied to change its listing venue from NGM to Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. NGM has now received and processed the Company’s application for delisting and decided that the last day of trading in the Company’s shares will be on December 13, 2024, provided that Nasdaq Stockholm approves the Company’s application for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
