#24-125 Consolidation of shares in BrandBee Holding AB

At the extraordinary general meeting of BrandBee Holding AB (“the Company”) on December 9, 2024, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby one thousand (1 000) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:1 000). The board of the Company has now decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be December 20, 2024.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is, December 18, 2024. The first day of trading after the consolidation is December 19, 2024. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of December 19, 2024, as a result of the consolidation.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on December 18, 2024.
