#24-24 Split of shares in SBF Bostad AB

At the extraordinary general meeting of SBF Bostad AB (“the Company”) on March 7, 2024, it was decided to split the Company’s shares whereby one (1) existing share, regardless of share class, is split into ten (10) new shares (10:1) of the same share class. The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the extraordinary general meeting, decided that the record date for the split shall be March 19, 2024.

The last day of trading before the split is March 15, 2024. The first day of trading after the split is March 18, 2024. Please note that the shares will be traded with new ISIN-codes as of March 18, 2024, as a result of the split.

 

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbooks in SBF Bostad A and SBF Bostad B will be deleted after the end of the trading day on March 15, 2024.
