#24-27 Unit issue in Hemply Balance Holding AB

An extra general meeting in Hemply Balance Holding AB (the “Company”), held on March 25, 2024, has decided on a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.

 

The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is March 27, 2024. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is March 28, 2024. The record date is April 2, 2024.

 

The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) unit right for each (1) share held per the record date. One (1) unit right is required to subscribe to one (1) unit. One (1) unit consists of two (2) new shares. The subscription price is 0,07 SEK per unit, corresponding to 0,035 SEK per share.

 

Subscription of units will take place from and including April 4, 2024, to and including April 18, 2024. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including April 4, 2024, to and including April 15, 2024.

 

Trading in paid subscription units will take place on NGM from and including April 4, 2024, until the unit issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

 

If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor, orders in the Company’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on March 27, 2024.
