#24-29 Unit issue in BrandBee Holding AB

The board of BrandBee Holding AB (the “Company”) has decided on a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders subject to approval from an extra general meeting, to be held on March 27, 2024.

The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is March 28, 2024. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is April 2, 2024. The record date is April 3, 2024.

 

The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) unit right for each (1) share held per the record date. One (1) unit right is required to subscribe to one (1) unit. One (1) unit consists of ten (10) new shares. The subscription price is 0,02 SEK per unit, corresponding to 0,002 SEK per share.

 

Subscription of units will take place from and including April 5, 2024, to and including April 19, 2024. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including April 5, 2024, to and including April 16, 2024.

 

Trading in units will take place on NGM from and including April 5, 2024, until the unit issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

 

If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor, orders in the Company’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on March 28, 2024.
