#24-32 Rights issue in Hoi Publishing AB
The board of Hoi Publishing AB (the “Company”) has decided on a rights issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders subject to approval from an extra general meeting, to be held on April 4, 2024.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive subscription rights is April 4, 2024. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive subscription rights is April 5, 2024. The record date is April 8, 2024.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) subscription right for each share held per the record date. Five (5) subscription rights are required to subscribe to four (4) new B-shares. The subscription price is 0,40 SEK per B-share.
Subscription of shares will take place from and including April 10, 2024, to and including April 24, 2024. Trading in subscription rights will take place on NGM from and including April 10, 2024, to and including April 19, 2024.
Trading in paid subscription shares will take place on NGM from and including April 10, 2024, until the rights issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
If the rights issue results in an adjustment factor for the share, orders in the instrument’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on April 4, 2024.
