#24-50 Consolidation of shares in LightAir AB
At the extra general meeting of LightAir AB (“the Company”) on May 13, 2024, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby hundred (100) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:100). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the extra general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be May 20, 2024.
The last day of trading before the consolidation is May 16, 2024. The first day of trading after the consolidation is May 17, 2024. Please note that the share will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of May 17, 2024.
Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on May 16, 2024.
