#24-53 Unit issue in LightAir AB

An extra general meeting in LightAir AB (the “Company”), held on May 13, 2024, has decided on a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.

The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is May 24, 2024. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is May 27, 2024. The record date is May 28, 2024.

 

The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) unit right for each (1) share held per the record date. Three (3) unit rights are required to subscribe to seventeen (17) units. One (1) unit consists of one (1) new share and one subscription right. The subscription price is 6 SEK per unit, corresponding to 6 SEK per share.

 

Subscription of units will take place from and including May 30, 2024, to and including June 14, 2024. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including May 30, 2024, to and including June 11, 2024.

 

Trading in units will take place on NGM from and including May 30, 2024, until the unit issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

 

If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor, orders in the Company’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on May 24, 2024.
