#24-62 Consolidation of shares in Avsalt Group AB

At the extraordinary general meeting of Avsalt Group AB (“the Company”) on May 2, 2024, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby one thousand (1 000) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:1 000). The board of the Company has now decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be June 13, 2024.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is today, June 11, 2024. The first day of trading after the consolidation is June 12, 2024. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of June 12, 2024, as a result of the consolidation.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day today, June 11, 2024.
