SARSYS AB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, disclosed a public takeover offer from Grundbulten 137100 AB (CFME Partners AB) to the shareholders in SARSYS AB.

According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if the company is subject to a public takeover offer.

With reference to the situation above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares and related instruments in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
