#24-79 The observation status for Cardeon AB is removed
On June 30, 2022 the shares in Cardeon AB, previously Tectona Capital AB (the “Company"), received observation status due to that the Company entered into an agreement for a reversed acquisition of Cardeon AB.
Following the completed reverse acquisition of Cardeon AB the company has undergone a new listing review. The company is now approved after the completed listing review.
With reference to the above information, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to remove the observation status for the shares and warrants in Cardeon AB with immediate effect.
