#24-88 Decision by the Disciplinary Committee regarding Nischer Properties AB

As of September 13, 2024, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee has found that Nischer Properties AB (“the Company”) has breached MAR article 17 and paragraphs 4.1.1, 4.1.3 in Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME (“the Rulebook”) and therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of 100 000 SEK in accordance with chapter 5 of the Rulebook.
