#24-90 The observation status for SARSYS AB is removed

On August 14, 2024 the shares in SARSYS AB (the “Company") received observation status due to a public takeover offer from CFME Partners AB to the shareholders in the Company.

On September 19 2024, CFME Partners AB announced that at the end of the acceptance period, which ran until September 19, 2024, the Bidder holds 11,580,234 shares in SARSYS, which corresponds to approximately 82.67 percent of all outstanding shares and votes in SARSYS. CFME Partners AB has decided not to extend the acceptance period, whereby the offer is now closed.

With reference to the above information, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to remove the observation status for the shares in SARSYS AB with immediate effect.
