#24-91 Consolidation of shares in NOSIUM AB

At the extraordinary general meeting of NOSIUM AB (“the Company”) on September 6, 2024, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby four hundred (400) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:400). The board of the Company has now decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be September 25, 2024.

The last day of trading before the consolidation September 23, 2024. The first day of trading after the consolidation is September 24, 2024. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of September 24, 2024, as a result of the consolidation.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day September 23, 2024.
