Nischer Properties AB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, disclosed a public takeover offer from Goldcup 35845 AB u.n.ä.t. Tailor BidCo AB to the shareholders in the Company.

According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if the company is subject to a public takeover offer.

With reference to the situation above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
