#24-96 SARSYS AB receives observation status

SARSYS AB (the “Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, published a press release on 26 September 2024, declaring that the Company has used up the equity capital at group level and is in need of a capital injection in the near future and intend to further investigate possible financing options.

According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if there is material uncertainty about the company’s financial situation.

With reference to situation the above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
