#24-97 Consolidation of shares in Jumpgate AB

At the annual general meeting of GATE (“the Company”) on June 18, 2024, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby one hundred (100) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:100). The board of the Company has now decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be October 3, 2024.

The last day of trading before the consolidation October 1, 2024. The first day of trading after the consolidation is October 2, 2024. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of October 2, 2024, as a result of the consolidation.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day October 1, 2024.
