#25-03 Crown Energy AB to NGM Nordic SME

Crown Energy AB, whose shares are currently listed on NGM Main Regulated have now been approved to move their shares to NGM Nordic SME. The first day of trading on NGM Nordic SME has been set to January 13, 2025.

Crown Energy AB is currently under observation status on NGM Main Regulated due to earlier significant changes in the company's operations. As a result of the changes in the company's operations, the Company has undergone a new listing review by NGM and the Company has now received a conditional approval for the new business as well as a list change to NGM Nordic SME.

The observation status will cease in connection with the change of listing to NGM Nordic SME on January 13, 2025.
