Valuno Group AB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, disclosed a press release on December 8, 2025, containing serious remarks from the company’s auditor.

According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if there is material uncertainty about the company’s financial situation.

With reference to situation above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
