#25-66 The observation status for Holdflight AB is removed
On August 30, 2024 the shares in Holdflight AB (the “Company"), received observation status due to the Company receiving a cash offer for the subsidiary FastOutAB where the entire operational business was conducted.
The Company acquired FunnelBud Marketing AB on June 26th, 2025. Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to approve the Company after a new listing review.
With reference to the information above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to remove the observation status for the shares in the Company with immediate effect.
