#26-17 Decision by the Disciplinary Committee regarding Ecoclime Group AB (publ)

As of February 24, 2026, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee has found that Ecoclime Group AB (publ) (“the Company”) has breached paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.2.12 in Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME (“the Rulebook”) and therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of 100 000 SEK in accordance with chapter 5 of the Rulebook.
