#26-25 Unit issue in Sustainable Energy Solutions Sweden Holding AB
The extraordinary general meeting of Sustainable Energy Solutions Sweden Holding AB (the “Company”), held on 26 March 2026, has approved the board of directors’ proposal for a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is April 7, 2026. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is April 8, 2026. The record date is April 9, 2026.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) unit right for each share held by the record date. One (1) unit right is required to subscribe to one (1) new unit. One (1) unit consists of sixty (60) shares. The subscription price is 0,30 SEK per unit corresponding to 0,005 SEK per share.
Subscription of units will take place from and including April 13, 2026 to and including April 27, 2026. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including April 13, 2026 to and including April 22, 2026. Trading in paid subscribed units will take place on NGM from and including April 13, 2026 to and including May 22, 2026.
If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor for the share, orders in the instrument’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on April 7, 2026.
