#26-28 Rights issue in Front Ventures AB
The board of Front Ventures AB (the “Company“) has decided on a rights issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive subscription rights is April 13, 2026. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive subscription rights is April 14, 2026. The record date is April 15, 2026.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) subscription right for each share held per the record date. Three (3) subscription rights are required to subscribe to one (1) new B-share. The subscription price is 0.27 SEK per share.
Subscription of shares will take place from and including April 17, 2026 to and including May 4, 2026. Trading in subscription rights will take place on NGM from and including April 17, 2026 to and including April 28, 2026. Trading in paid subscription shares will take place on NGM from and including April 17, 2026 to and including May 25, 2026.
If the rights issue results in an adjustment factor for the share, orders in the instrument’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on April 13, 2026.
