Free2Move Holding AB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, issued a press release on April 23, 2026, containing serious remarks from the Company’s auditor.

According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if there is material uncertainty about the company’s financial situation.
