#26-33 Decision by the Disciplinary Committee Regarding Wonderboo Holding AB (publ)

​​​​As of May 12, 2026, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee has found that Wonderboo Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) has breached article 17 MAR and sections 4.2.17 and 4.3.6 in Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME (the “Rulebook”), and therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of SEK 500,000 in accordance with chapter 5 of the Rulebook.
