#26-37 Rights issue in JonDeTech Sensors AB
The board of JonDeTech Sensors AB (the “Company“) has decided on a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is June 3, 2026. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is June 4, 2026. The record date is June 5, 2026.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) unit right for each share held per the record date. One (1) unit right is required to subscribe to one (1) new share. The share price is 0.5 SEK per unit.
Subscription of shares will take place from and including June 9, 2026 to and including June 24, 2026. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including June 9, 2026 to and including June 18, 2026. Trading in paid subscribed units will take place on NGM from and including June 9, 2026 to and including July 8, 2026.
If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor for the share, orders in the instrument’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on June 3, 2026.
