#26-40 Rights issue in Gold Town Games AB
The board of Gold Town Games AB (the “Company“) has decided on a rights issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive subscription rights is June 9, 2026. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive subscription rights is June 10, 2026. The record date is June 11, 2026.
The shareholders of the Company will receive four (4) subscription right for each share held per the record date. Five (5) subscription rights are required to subscribe to one (1) new share. The subscription price is 0,5 SEK per share.
Subscription of shares will take place from and including June 15, 2026 to and including June 29, 2026. Trading in subscription rights will take place on NGM from and including June 15, 2026 to and including June 24, 2026. Trading in paid subscription shares will take place on NGM from and including June 15, 2026 to and including July 20, 2026.
If the rights issue results in an adjustment factor for the share, orders in the instrument’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on June 9, 2026.
