#26-43 Consolidation of shares in Front Ventures AB

At the extraordinary general meeting of Front Ventures AB (“the Company”) on May 11, 2026, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby fifty (50) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:50). The board of the Company has now decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be June 16, 2026.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is June 12, 2026. The first day of trading after the consolidation is June 15, 2026. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of June 15, 2026, as a result of the consolidation.

The consolidation leads to adjustment regarding FRNT TO4 B according to the warrant terms. Please see the Company’s press release on June 8, 2026, for more information.

Please also note that the orders in the Company’s share will be deleted after the end of the trading day on June 12, 2026.
