#26-50 The observation status for Medicortex International AB is removed
On June 25, 2025, the shares in NOSIUM AB (now Medicortex International AB) (the “Company”) received observation status because the Company had entered into a letter of intent to acquire Medicortex Finland Oyj.
The Company has acquired Medicortex Finland Oyj and Nordic Growth Market NGM AB decided on June 18 2026 to conditionally approve the Company after a new listing review. As of June 30 2026 the conditions have been fulfilled.
With reference to the information above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to remove the observation status for the shares in the Company with immediate effect.
