Prior to the acquisition, Flerie Invest AB held 13.43 % of the shares and votes in the Company. Flerie Invest AB is an investment company within the biotechnology and life science sector with offices in Stockholm and London. The company was founded in 2010 by Thomas Eldered, co-founder of Recipharm.

The disclosure notice is published when the holding passes 15 %, in accordance with Spotlight Stock Market's disclosure regulations.
