Pontus founded the company in 2017 together with Hans-Olof Nilsson and Martina Wettin. Since the beginning Pontus has been an important and driving force in the company's development and strongly contributed to building the company's stability and foundation for its continued development. Pontus will continue to be active in the company's strategic business development while remaining as a Partner.

In dialog with the principal owner, it has been decided that Pontus will enter upon the role of being an ordinary member of the board. Recruitment of a new CEO will begin immediately. During the recruitment period, Qarlbo Energy's CEO Johan Jemdal will take on the position as interim CEO. Johan has worked in close collaboration with Nilsson Energy and the sister company REH2, which means that he has a good knowledge of the company's operation.
