Moving from the role of Head of Communications, Tobias Kemper will now head up the US office in Palo Alto, CA, seeking to capitalize on the immense opportunity represented by the US market, said to account for 280 million mobile subscribers. The US office will look after business development in particular to strengthen third party relationships within all sections of the US mobile eco system.
