Background information on managerial transaction

On this date, Jacob Ehrnrooth has transferred his shares in Nitro Games Oyj to his 100% owned and controlled company Jasperus SA. 

Jacob Ehrnrooth transferred 408 740 shares of Nitro Games Oyj to his 100% owned and controlled company Jasperus SA. Existing lock-up agreement will be transferred to Jasperus SA. and will be in full force until 16.6.2018. This means that essentially there is no change in the ownership structure of Nitro Games Oyj.

Jacob Ehrnrooth is a member of the Board of Directors in Nitro Games Oyj.
