Daniel Karlsson Appointed New CFO of Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ)
Daniel Karlsson has been appointed as the new CFO of Nivika, succeeding Kristina Karlsson, who previously announced her decision to leave the position to focus on her own business.
Daniel Karlsson brings extensive experience from the banking and real estate sectors and has held various positions at Danske Bank since 2006, including Senior Client Manager in the bank’s unit for large real estate clients. Most recently, Daniel served as Regional Head for the bank’s real estate business within the MidCorp segment. Daniel lives in Jönköping and will be based at the company’s head office in Värnamo. He will join Nivika no later than 25 May 2025.
