Aker ASA: Tilbakekjøpsprogram - Erverv av egne aksjer

Aker ASA ("Aker") kjøpte den 24. januar 2012 12 000 egne aksjer over Oslo Børstil en snittpris på NOK 164,39 per aksje. Etter transaksjonen eier Aker totalt109 839 egne aksjer.

Aksjene skal benyttes som vederlagsaksjer i den vedtatte fusjonen mellom AkerFloating Holding AS og Aker Floating Production ASA, samt til Akers aksje- oginsentivprogram for ansatte.
