Aker ASA: Vurderer å utstede nye obligasjoner

Aker ASA vurderer å utstede opp til NOK 3 milliarder i usikrede obligasjoner i det norske obligasjonsmarkedet med forfall i juni 2018 og 2020. Netto proveny fra de foreslåtte obligasjoner vil bli brukt til selskapets generelle virksomhet.

Arctic Securities, DNB Markets, Pareto Securities, SEB og Swedbank First Securities er tilretteleggere for de foreslåtte obligasjonslånene.
