AKER BIOMARINE ASA HAS TODAY ACQUIRED 1,951,440 SHARES

Aker BioMarine ASA has today acquired 1,951,440 shares in Natural ASA representing 19.23% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company from Aker Seafood Holdings AS. Following this transaction, Aker BioMarine owns 89.14% of the outstanding shares and votes in Natural.

Aker BioMarine will, as previously announced, work for a merger between Natural and Aker BioMarine.
