Arcus ASA: 3 May 2017 new date for the General Meeting

The Company has decided to hold the General Meeting 3 May 2017, and not 3 April 2017 as previously announced. In order to conduct a thorough search and selection, the newly appointed Nomination Committee needs additional time to fill the vacant BoD position.
