Reparasjonsemisjon – ny aksjekapital registrert

Stavanger, 21. januar 2014: Det vises til tidligere børsmeldinger fra Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" eller "Selskapet", ticker "NOR") vedrørende reparasjonsemisjonen på opp til NOK 100 million (det "Etterfølgende Tilbudet"), senest 14. januar 2014.

Aksjekapitalforhøyelsen relatert til det Etterfølgende Tilbudet er nå registrert i Foretaksregisteret, og aksjene utstedt i det Etterfølgende Tilbudet vil bli levert og omsettelige på Oslo Børs på eller rundt i dag, 21. januar 2014. Etter registreringen av de nye aksjene er det samlede antallet utstedte aksjer i Selskapet nå 5 656 094 082.
