Fred. Olsen Production AS, som indirekte er heleid av
Ganger Rolf ASA og Bonheur ASA, har inngått kontrakt med
Addax Petroleum (Nigeria) Ltd. for beskjeftigelse av M/T
Knock Adoon som FPSO for Antan prosjektet utenfor Nigeria.Fred. Olsen Production AS, som indirekte er heleid av
Ganger Rolf ASA og Bonheur ASA, har inngått kontrakt med
Addax Petroleum (Nigeria) Ltd. for beskjeftigelse av M/T
Knock Adoon som FPSO for Antan prosjektet utenfor Nigeria.
Ombygging og utrustning av skipet vil bli gjennomført når
det eksisterende certeparti innenfor tankfart utløper i
oktober 2005. Oppstart på Antan feltet er forventet i
juni 2006. Skipet vil kunne behandle opp til 140.000 fat
pr. dag med en lagringskapasitet på ca. 1,7 millioner fat.

Kontraktens varighet er 8 år med opsjon for Addax til å
forlenge avtalen for inntil ytterligere 8 år og vil gi et
EBITDA bidrag på ca. USD 18 mill pr. år i den faste
kontraktsperioden.




Fred. Olsen Production AS - new FPSO contract

Fred. Olsen Production AS, which is indirectly wholly owned
by Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA, has concluded an
agreement with Addax Petroleum (Nigeria) Ltd. for
employment of M/T Knock Adoon as FPSO for the Antan project
offshore Nigeria. Conversion works will start after expiry
of the existing charter within tanker transportation which
expires in October 2005. Start- up at the Antan field is
scheduled for June 2006. FPSO Knock Adoon will be able to
handle up to 140.000 barrels fluids per. day and have a
storage capacity of about 1.7 million barrels.

The duration of the contract is 8 years with Addax being
granted an option to extend for an additional period of 8
years. The contract will provide an EBITDA contribution of
about USD 18 million per year during the fixed term of the
contract.
