I et styremøte avholdt 30. mars 2009, har styret i BWG Homes godkjent tildelingen av nye aksjer i henhold til tildelingsprinsippene i generalforsamlingsvedtaket av 6. mars 2009 om økning av aksjekapitalen i BWG Homes og i Prospektet datert 13. mars 2009. BWG Homes sin aksjekapital vil således bli økt med NOK 4 276 000 ved utstedelse av 4 276 000 nye aksjer, hver med pålydende NOK 1,00. Aksjene er tegnet til tegningskurs NOK 5,00. Etter registrering av aksjekapitaløkningen i forbindelse med utstedelse av de nye aksjene i Tilbudet, vil totalt antall utestående aksjer i BWG Homes øke fra 94 000 000 til 98 276 000.

 

De nye aksjene som utstedes ved Tilbudet vil noteres på Oslo Børs så snart kapitalforhøyelsen er registrert i Foretaksregisteret, hvilket er forventet å skje omkring 7. april 2009.

Følgende primærinnsidere ble tildelt aksjer i emisjonen:

 

Harald Walther inkludert nærstående (styreleder i BWG Homes ASA) ble tildelt 127 500 aksjer. Totalt antall aksjer etter emisjonen vil være 417 500 aksjer.

 

Petter Neslein inkludert nærstående (styremedlem i BWG Homes ASA) ble tildelt 600 000 aksjer. Totalt antall aksjer etter emisjonen vil være 810 000 aksjer.

 

Mikael Olsson (CEO i BWG Homes AB) ble tildelt 20 000 aksjer. Totalt antall aksjer etter emisjonen vil være 136 279 aksjer.

 

Jonas Karlsson (CFO i BWG Homes AB) ble tildelt 20 000 aksjer. Totalt antall aksjer etter emisjonen vil være 113 023 aksjer.

 

Mats Huseby (økonomisjef i Block Watne AS) ble tildelt 16 000 aksjer. Totalt antall aksjer etter emisjonen vil være 36 000 aksjer.
