CAP GEMINI ERNST & YOUNG March 31, 2001 REVENUE The first quarter 2001 consolidated revenue of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young amounts to 2,214 million euros, an increase of 105.2% over the first quarter revenue of 1,079 million euros published by the Cap Gemini Group in 2000. Based on comparable structure for the first three months of 2000 and 2001, the first quarter 2001 pro forma growth shows an increase of 9.7%.
