Capgemini and TDC Services have signed a 3-year strategic agreement

Copenhagen, June 10, 2005 - The agreement stipulates TDC Services A/S to cut down on number of consultancy firms and allocate a considerable amount of work with Capgemini, who will deliver it-development and maintenance resources to TDC Services over a 3-year period.

The agreement includes using Capgemini’s Rightshore™ concept, which means tasks will be handled where they can be produces most efficiently. Parts of the system development and maintenance will hence be provided by Capgemini’s international centers in France and India. The Rightshore™ concept hence serves its two main purposes; securing TDC services a more flexible delivery operation as well as an attractive cost level for its it-support. Capgemini Denmark has over many years delivered it- and consultancy services to TDC, and this agreement not only strengthens a long-lasting corporate relationship but forms a strategic co-operation between the to companies. “We keep developing new and better communication solutions for our customers.
