Induct - Planlagt rettet emisjon

Det vises til vedtak i ordinær generalforsamling 28.06.2019 vedr. styrets fullmakt til å utstede aksjer.

Styret i Induct AS vil godkjenne en rettet emisjon på NOK 2 mill. fordelt på 500.000 aksjer til tegningskurs NOK 4 pr. aksje mot NPP Capital AS, et selskap 100% eiet av Alf Martin Johansen, CEO i Induct AS. Emisjonen vil skje ved konvertering av gjeld og/eller kontantinnskudd.

Emisjonen forventes sendt til registrering i Foretaksregisteret før 31.12.2019.
