LINK acquires Fivestarday AB

Link Mobility Group ASA’s fully owned Swedish subsidiary, LINK Mobility AB, is to acquire all shares in Fivestarday AB, a Swedish company developing mobile and digital solutions for the B2B market.

Fivestarday has won several awards in the field of mobile web and loyalty build, and has gained the trust of big brands in Sweden by develop their digital customer relations. Fivestarday will therefore fit perfectly with LINK’s ambitions of expanding its services to the growing Swedish customer portfolio.

Fivestarday has 5 employees located in Malmö, Sweden. In 2014 the company reported revenue of MSEK 4,5 and EBITDA of MSEK 0,1.  

LINK is Norway’s largest provider of mobile B2B services, and will through the acquisition of Fivestarday strengthen its position in the Swedish market. By combining the two companies customer portfolios, development resource and sales capacities, LINK’s Swedish business will be well positioned for further expansions in the fast growing market for mobile messaging, payment, web and apps.

The purchasing price of Fivestarday is MSEK 2,1 to be paid at closing, whereof MSEK 1,2 shall be used to acquire shares in Link Mobility Group ASA. The seller of Fivestarday, Reynholm Industries AB, can obtain an additional premium of maximum MSEK 1,8 based on the sales of certain services developed by Fivestarday at the time of closing and sold within 24 months after closing. An additional premium of MSEK 0,3 can be paid to the seller in October 2015 subject to certain conditions linked to Fivestarday’s financial position per 30 September 2015.

The transaction is expected to close 22 May 2015.
